Ed brings a rare combination of Business analysis skills with technical troubleshooting. He can converse with the Business users in their language and design flexible solutions that not only meet their current needs but solutions that are easily extendable for their future requirements. He is equally comfortable working with technical teams to help extend application functionality. He is extremely process oriented and is adept at figuring out new technologies and functionalities. Definitely an asset to any team he is part of.

The best way to describe my experience with Ed is that he is a lifesaver! My POS system literally spit out sparks and started smoking. At that point my reaction was how much is it going to cost to replace my system; which with a new business any major expenditures are an issue. Needless to say I was not happy and very worried. Shortly thereafter Ed came into my shop and was surveying the “mess” on my floor. He offered to take a look and see what had to be done. Long story short within one hour and replacement of just the power source I was up and running. Ed is definitely the technical “guru” and is a pleasure to work with. His enthusiasm and positive attitude is refreshing. Not only did he repair my computer he also reconfigured the set up to make it much more efficient.
